Founder

Mr. Varun Majety is the founder of Innovative Group of companies.

He holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology and has over fifteen years of experience in the field of construction and real estate development. A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Varun began his professional career in the field of construction and interior designing in Hyderabad and he then moved to the Silicon City, Bangalore. Since inception of Innovative Constructions, a total of 4 million square feet of construction come to the pride of Mr. Varun. Under Innovative Infra, he has completed few PPP Government projects in Railways, Electrical sector, Galvanized plants & Manufacturing Industries. He is the co-founder of “Happy Box”, a food startup that nearly serves food to more than 2000+ corporate individuals every day.

He is the strategic visionary of the Company, and directs the company in the fulfillment of the goals and objectives. He focuses on the technology advancements to simplify the process & deliver better quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
