He holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology and has over fifteen years of experience in the field of construction and real estate development. A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Varun began his professional career in the field of construction and interior designing in Hyderabad and he then moved to the Silicon City, Bangalore. Since inception of Innovative Constructions, a total of 4 million square feet of construction come to the pride of Mr. Varun. Under Innovative Infra, he has completed few PPP Government projects in Railways, Electrical sector, Galvanized plants & Manufacturing Industries. He is the co-founder of “Happy Box”, a food startup that nearly serves food to more than 2000+ corporate individuals every day. He is the strategic visionary of the Company, and directs the company in the fulfillment of the goals and objectives. He focuses on the technology advancements to simplify the process & deliver better quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
Mr. Narasimham is the co-founder of Innovative Group of Companies. With over twenty-five years of experience, he looks on the overall functioning of the Company, in particular emphasizing on execution, delivery and quality control. He has an experience of monitoring 1.6 million square foot of land transform into construction in Hyderabad and Bangalore. A commerce graduate turned business man with a vision to provide seamless construction services to everyone dreaming of an own house, Mr. Narasimham has associated with BuildMe36O® to monitor the Operations of each and every project.
Ms. Priyanka is the Director of the firm. She plays a key role in augmenting the service delivery, customer relationship management and technology advancements. She, along with Mr. Varun started food delivery business called “Happy Box”, which nearly serves food to more than 2000+ corporate individuals every day. It was started to provide homely food for the working segment under monthly subscriptions and corporate subscriptions. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Management in Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore. An enthusiastic person with a creative mind, Ms. Priyanka started her association with this firm after quitting her corporate job in the Big4.
